Note:

• Opening Date: First day when the issue is available for public subscription. Starting from this date, investors can submit their applications for subscription of the company's shares till the closing date.
• Issue Amount: The total monetary value of all the shares being offered to the public in an issue. It is arrived at by multiplying the number of shares offered with the issue price per share.
• Issue Price: Price at which the company’s shares are offered to the public.
• Listing Date: Date when shares allotted to investors start trading on the stock exchange (NSE/BSE). Investors can sell or buy shares from this day.
• Market Price: Previous day's closing price of the company's shares at the stock exchange. The effect of any split in face value is considered in the market price.
• % Gain (Issue price v/s Market price): Percentage profit to investor on issue price with respect to prevailing market price. For example, if the issue price of an IPO share is Rs 100 and the market price is Rs 140, the profit to the investor is 40%.
