NCD Lead Managers are SEBI-registered financial institutions appointed by the companies to help them raise funds through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD).

A Lead manager manages the NCD process end to end. Their responsibilities include initiating the NCD processing, creating DRHP & RHP documents, getting them approved from SEBI and exchanges, and helping the company raise funds by selling NCD bonds.
