IFL Finance Ltd. Submits IPO Draft Papers to SEBI

Moving forward with the IPO plans, IFL Finance Ltd. filed DRHP with SEBI on Jul 22, 2026. The proposed share sale offer will be a mix of a fresh issue of up to 3.55 crore equity shares and existing shareholders are planning to sell up to 0.30 crore shares.

Aryaman Financial Services Ltd. is the Book Running Lead Manager for the IPO and Skyline Financial Services Pvt.Ltd. is the Registrar. The company’s shares will be listed on NSE and BSE.

According to the draft red herring prospectus, Not more than 50% of the Offer is reserved for Qualified Institutional Bidders (QIBs), Not less than 15% of the Offer for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) and Not less than 35% of the Offer for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs).

Financial Performance Overview

For financial year ending on Mar 31, 2026, the company’s total income stood at ₹85.70 crore, up 20% compared to ₹71.37 crore in Mar 31, 2025.

Profit after tax (PAT) was reported at ₹21.63 crore, registering an increase of 19% from ₹18.13 crore in the previous fiscal.

Following its transition from a housing finance company to an NBFC-ICC in 2025, the company strategically shifted its focus towards expanding its gold loan portfolio.
