Saksoft Limited was incorporated on November 24, 1999, under the Companies Act, 1956, originally as 'Sak Infotech Ltd.', and renamed Saksoft Limited on September 30, 2002. The registered office is located at 'Sri Ram Nivas', 38, V.K. Iyer Road, Mandaveli, Chennai – 600 028.
The company is a mid-sized Information Technology firm exclusively focused on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, providing end-to-end software solutions that leverage technology to enhance client business performance.
Saksoft delivers its services through five structured programs — SakC2C (custom application development), SakAssure (third-party testing and verification), SakXtend (resource augmentation, onsite and offshore), Veri-sens (proprietary Business Intelligence product for dashboards and MIS applications), and SakSupport (24x7 operations and maintenance support). A key differentiator is its Business Consulting Group (BCG), which brings domain-level banking expertise to guide technical delivery from an end-user perspective.
Domestically, the company operates its primary development center and corporate office in Chennai and a second development center in NOIDA (33,000 sq. ft.). Globally, it has wholly owned subsidiaries in the USA (New York), Singapore, and Germany (Frankfurt), along with a branch office in London, UK.
Its client base includes prominent global financial institutions such as Citibank N.A. (37% of revenue), Bank Mandiri, Truelink, Morgan Stanley Card Services, Standard Chartered Bank, DBS Bank, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank.
The company's proprietary BI platform Veri-sens and its two dedicated Technology Labs — the BI Lab (Microstrategy, Business Objects, SAS, Informatica) and the Test Lab (WinRunner, LoadRunner, QTP, Silk Test) — form the core of its product and technology capability.
