Richa Knits Ltd., a leading manufacturer of knitted fabrics and readymade garments, is entering the capital market with an offer of 90,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a premium of Rs.20 per equity share aggregating to Rs.27 cr. to part finance the expansion in all the existing segments of Knitting, Dyeing & Processing and Garment manufacturing. The Rs.63 cr. expansion project is appraised by Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) and funded by way of a Term Loan of Rs.33 cr. the issue opens on Wednesday, 13th September and closes on Tuesday, 19th September'06.
Richa Knits is a Rs.45 cr. multi-divisional, integrated textile company with facilities for knitting of fabric, dyeing & processing of knitted fabrics and manufacture of garments for the domestic and export markets. The company has a 'state- of-the-art' laboratory facility for developing shades, fastness of colour, fabric quality and adopts stringent quality checks at each step pf manufacturing process.
