[Dilip Davda] Though the issue appears reasonably priced following its super earnings for the last 16 months (pre-IPO periods). OIL is in a highly competitive field with a fragmented segment. Major concerns are sustainability of such performance going forward, third party management of its own plant operations. It is also in the process of relocation of its plant which may impact its business. Nearly 50% equity dilution also remains a worry.
