For Motilal Oswal, basic and diluted EPS reflects increase in paid-up share capital from ₹149,260,903 to ₹597,043,612 after the bonus issue (3 bonus shares for every share issued) approved by the Board of Directors and Shareholders of the Company in their resolutions dated April 26, 2024 and May 30, 2024, respectively.
