The ICICI Direct Prime plan is a brokerage plan that reduces your brokerage by over 75%. It also offers an eATM facility which gives you instant payout from your sell to your trading account instead of waiting for T+2 days.

When you sell stocks, it takes T+2 days (T being the day of the trading) for the money to get credited into your trading account. In the prime plan, the money is credited to your trading account within 30 minutes thus allowing you to reinvest it the same day. Note that you cannot withdraw this fund to your bank account until T+2 days.
