I already have a demat account with Sharekhan. How do I link it to my Zerodha trading account?

Zerodha required its customers to open a demat account along with a trading account. Zerodha doesn't allow linking its trading account with a demat account from some other depository participant (DP).

Note:

• You can have as many as demat accounts you want on your name with different brokers.
• You can continue holding your Sharekhan demat account if you wish.
• You could transfer all your holdings in the Sharekhan demat account to Zerodha demat account while closing the Sharekhan demat account. This process is simple.
