Steps to unlock ICICI Direct Account

Go to ICICIDirect.com
Click on the 'Customer Service' on the top menu
Click on the 'Unlock Trading Account' under Troubled Logging In section
In Options 1, enter your User ID (case sensitive), Date Of Birth, PAN details.
Click the 'Unlock' Account and proceed.
In Option 2, enter your ICICI Bank Account Number linked to ICICI Direct Account.
Click 'Proceed'
