How to close Tradingo account?

The account can be closed at any time by sending a signed account closure request form in paper format to the broker.

The account cannot be closed online by submitting the account closure form via email. You have to submit the physically signed paper form.

Steps to close Tradingo account:

1. Visit the Tradingo website.
2. Download the Tradingo Equity and Demat Account Closure Form.
3. Print, fill, and sign the forms as per instructions.
4. Send the paper form to the address provided or submit it to the nearest Tradingo branch.

Note:

• Sell or transfer your Demat holdings before initiating the closure request.
• Close all open F&O positions if any.
• Clear all dues in your account.
• Keep a copy of the filled form for reference.
• Follow-up for closure in case of communication received from the broker in 7-10 days.
