2. On the top menu, click on 'Help' and then on 'Forms'
3. On the next page, click on the PDF icon next to 'Common Ac Closing -Individual-NRI' to download the form.
4. Take a printout of the form, fill and sign it.
5. Attach all unused documents like Instruction Slips with the form and send it to the address provided in the form.

The account will be closed, subject to no holdings in your account and signature verification. It takes around 10 working days from the date of receiving the completed application to close the account.
