Kotak Neo Demat account cannot be closed online. Kotak Neo Demat account closure is an offline process wherein you are required to submit a duly filled physical account closure form to the nearest branch or send it to the correspondence address mentioned in the closure form.
Before initiating the Demat account closure, ensure to transfer the securities, if any, in the Kotak Neo Demat account to another Demat account or sell them off.
