How to close Fyers account?

You can close the Fyers account by filling an account closure form, signing it and sending it to the company's registered office address.

Note:

• You need to fill separate forms to close trading and demat accounts.
• You cannot close the account online, via email or on a call with customer care. A paper signed form is required to close an account.

Steps to close Fyers Trading Account

1. Visit the Fyers website
2. Under the support tab, click on 'downloads'
3. On the 'Downloads' page, click on 'Others' on the left menu
4. Download the 'Trading Account Closure Form'
5. Print, fill and sign it
6. Send it to the address mentioned in the form.

Steps to close Fyers Demat Account

1. Visit the Fyers website
2. Under the support tab, click on 'downloads'
3. On the 'Downloads' page, click on 'Others' on the left menu
4. Download the 'Demat Closure Form'
5. Print, fill and sign it
6. Send it to the address mentioned in the form.

Note:

• Clear all your dues, close all open positions and sell or transfer securities to another demat account before initiating the account closure process.
• Previously Fyers was providing demat account services in partnership will IIFL Securities. Customers could open both CDSL and NSDL demat accounts. Now, Fyers is a DP (depository participant) with CDSL and only offers Fyers Demat Accounts. There are 3 demat account closure forms available on the website. You need to download the form as per the central depository with whom your account was opened.
