How to close Axis Direct account?

Axis direct accounts can be closed by the online and offline processes.

Axis Direct account closure (Online)

You can close your account online only if your account does not have any holdings or outstanding dues. You are required to send two separate emails to close the trading account and Demat account.

To close your Demat account, send an email to dphelp@axisdirect.in from your registered email id to raise the Demat account closure request.

To close your Axis Direct trading account, send an email to helpdesk@axisdirect.in mentioning your Trading account number and the reason for the closure.

Axis Direct Demat account closure (Offline)

1. Download and take a print of the account closure form
2. Fill and sign it.
3. Submit the form to your nearest Axis Direct branch.

Note:

• In case you have any securities in your Demat account, transfer or sell them.
• Pay all outstanding dues.
