Sharekhan App facilitates various features and one of them is placing trade orders. If you are looking to buy shares through Sharekhan App, follow these steps:
- Open the Sharekhan trading App and log in with your login ID and password.
- From the tabs given at the bottom of the dashboard screen, select "Trade/Quote".
- On the next page, search for the stock you want to trade in from the search bar.
- On clicking on the stock, a pop-up will appear, choose your action as "Buy"..
- After this, you will be requested to enter your trading password. On entering the password, you will be directed to the next page.
- On this page, select Buy from the Action option.
- You can place either a Market Order or a Limit Order. You can place a market order by entering "0" in the Price section. For Limit orders, first search for the prevailing price bands and then add the bid price.
- Add information like Quantity, Price (in case of limit order), etc.
- Click on "Place Order". Your order will be placed, and you can check the status of the same from Order Book.
