You can activate derivatives in Kotak Neo online or offline by submitting the segment activation form.

Steps to activate derivatives in Kotak Neo online:

• Log in to your Kotak Neo mobile app.
• Click on More at the bottom of the screen.
• Click on Service & Support.
• Select Service Request.
• Click on Proceed under Segment Activation.
• Enter your annual income range and frequency for settlement of the account.
• Upload income proof.
• Click on the button against Equity Derivatives and Confirm.

Alternatively, you can download the Segment Activation Form from the Kotak Neo website and submit the duly filled form along with income proof at the nearest branch.
