Upstox is an online discount broker. It offers most of its services online and has a very limited physical presence. The company only offers trading and mutual fund services and doesn't offer add-on services like research, wealth management, relationship manager, etc.
Customers need to open an account with the company to access its online trading and investment services. Upstox works on a fixed brokerage model wherein it charges a flat brokerage fee of Rs 20 per executed order irrespective of trade value.
