Forgot My Login ID and Password. How Can I Generate New Login ID and Password?

Clients who have authenticated their email or mobile number can generate a Login password online using the “Forgot Password” and “Reset Password” options in the “Trouble Logging In” section.

To generate the password, a unique key will be sent to your authenticated email or mobile number. Follow these steps:

1. Select the “Forgot Password” option from the dropdown.
2. Enter Client ID and PAN in the respective fields and click “Submit.”
3. When prompted, enter the registered email/mobile number and click “Submit.”
4. The system will display your registered contact details. To receive the UNIQUE KEY via SMS or email only, uncheck the other option.

For example, to receive the Unique Key only via SMS, uncheck the ‘email id’ checkbox when shown the contact details. Remember, the unique key will only be sent to the authenticated contact details that Indiabulls has on record.

Click “Submit” to request the Unique Key. Upon successful submission, you will receive it via email or SMS (as chosen). You will need this Unique Key to generate the new password.

Once you receive the Unique Key, go to “Trouble Logging In” and select “Reset Password” to generate a new password. Enter the Client ID, Unique Key, and PAN in the respective fields and click “Submit” to generate your new Login Password.
