Company Profile:

Indiabulls Securities Limited (ISL) was incorporated as ‘Indiabulls Commodities Private Limited’ on October 30, 2003 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956. The name of the company was changed to ‘Indiabulls Commodities Limited’ on February 18, 2009 consequent upon its conversion to public limited company. Thereafter name of Company was further changed to ‘Indiabulls Securities Limited’ on February 13, 2019 which was then changed to its current name i.e. Indiabulls Securities Limited on August 7, 2020. The registered office of ISL is located at 1/1 E, First Floor, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008, India.

Indiabulls Securities Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dhani Services Limited (formerly Indiabulls Ventures Limited), whose equity shares are listed on National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE), BSE Limited and its Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Registered segments/membership:

Initially the company had corporate membership of derivatives segment of the Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX), having SEBI registration number INZ000036136. With effect from February 21, 2020, the company acquired stock broking & depository business of its holding Company i.e. Indiabulls Ventures Limited (now known as Dhani Services Limited) by way of slump sale, on a going concern basis through business transfer agreement.

Presently, the company is a registered with NSE in Capital Market segment, Equity & Currency Derivatives segment (Futures & Options) and Debt Market Segment; with BSE in Capital Market segment and Equity Derivatives Segment (Futures & Options) and with MCX in the Commodities Derivatives Segment. The company is registered with NSDL and CDSL as a Depository Participant and also registered as a Mutual Fund Distributor with AMFI.
