Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Ltd., a prominent player in the ultra-luxury and luxury real estate segments of Mumbai's western suburbs, has officially announced the price band for its upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company aims to raise up to ₹792.00 crore through this fresh issue of 5.28 crore equity shares.
The highly anticipated IPO is priced at ₹140 to ₹150 per equity share, with a face value of ₹1 each. Investors will be able to bid for a minimum of 100 equity shares, and in multiples thereof.
For retail individual investors (RIIs), the minimum investment amount at the upper end of the price band (₹150 per share) for one lot (100 shares) will be ₹15,000. The maximum investment for retail investors is capped at 13 lots, amounting to ₹195,000.
