Anand Pandit: The Man Behind Sri Lotus Developers

Anand Pandit is the Chairman and Managing Director of Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd. He is also one of the company’s promoters, along with Roopa Anand Pandit and Ashka Anand Pandit.

The total shareholding of the Promoters and Promoter Group combined is 400,070,600 shares, representing 91.78% of the pre-Issue paid-up equity share capital.

With over 24 years of experience in the real estate sector, Anand Pandit has played a big role in transforming Mumbai’s western suburbs. His company is known for developing luxury and ultra-luxury homes, from spacious 2BHK flats to large penthouses.

Apart from being a real estate entrepreneur, Anand Pandit is also well known in the film industry. Over the years, he has produced movies like Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (2015) and Sarkar 3 (2017). Many Bollywood celebrities also live or work in properties developed by Lotus Developers.

Sri Lotus Developers is getting ready for its ₹792 crore IPO, which will help fund its future real estate projects. The money raised will be used to support its group companies—Richfeel Real Estate, Dhyan Projects, and Tryksha Real Estate—that are currently developing premium projects like Amalfi, The Arcadian, and Varun across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

In addition to the film fraternity, the private placement also attracted Marquee Stock Market investors like Ashish Kacholia, Jagdish Master, and DRChoksey Finserv.
